This form is to help us add pictures to our online directory. 

Please make sure each picture is within the last year. 

In this picture please include all members who live at the same address. If you are a young adult or single, then please include a picture of only yourself (selfies are okay) unless you are living with your parents.

Please make sure the picture is of such quality that it can be viewed easily online. 

If you have any questions, you can email minister Randall at randallengleman@katyccc.org. Minister Randall will contact you if the picture is too small, or the file is not working for whatever reason.
